St. Louis, MO (SportsNetwork.com) – St. Louis Blues defenseman Kevin
Shattenkirk will undergo abdominal surgery, general manager Doug Armstrong
said Monday.
Shattenkirk was injured in Sunday’s 4-3 win at Washington. He will have the
surgery in the next seven to 10 days and be listed as week-to-week following
the procedure.
The 26-year-old All-Star has eight goals and 32 assists in 49 games this
season.
