Bruins edge Isles thanks to Eriksson, Rask

Boston, MA (SportsNetwork.com) – Loui Eriksson netted the winner in the latter
stages of the third period and Tuukka Rask stopped 39 shots as Boston edged
the New York Islanders, 2-1, at TD Garden.

Patrice Bergeron recorded the other goal for the Bruins, who have won seven of
their last 10.

John Tavares picked up the lone score for the Islanders, while Chad Johnson
made 34 saves in the loss.
