Crosby, Penguins clip Rangers to even series

New York, NY (SportsNetwork.com) – Sidney Crosby picked up his first two goals
of the postseason and Pittsburgh emerged with a narrow 4-3 decision over the
New York Rangers in Game 2 of this Eastern Conference quarterfinal.

Chris Kunitz chipped in a goal and two assists with Brandon Sutter adding a
score and a helper for the Penguins, who dropped a 2-1 decision in Thursday’s
series opener.

Marc-Andre Fleury ended up with 23 saves.

Derek Stepan, Derick Brassard and Rick Nash tallied for the Rangers, who fell
after coming up empty on six of seven power-play opportunities.

Henrik Lundqvist stopped just 18 shots.

Game 3 is set for the Steel City on Monday night.
