Anaheim, CA (SportsNetwork.com) – The Anaheim Ducks placed Dany Heatley on
injured reserve Friday.
Heatley has played in only four games this season because of groin issues. He
originally suffered the injury in the preseason and missed the first nine
games of the regular season.
The veteran forward tried to play through the injury but was still feeling
discomfort.
