Ducks place Perry on IR

Anaheim, CA (SportsNetwork.com) – The Anaheim Ducks placed forward Corey Perry
on injured reserve Sunday amidst a spate of roster moves.

Perry, who is sidelined by the flu, leads the NHL with 11 goals and added four
assists in 13 games for the defending Pacific Division champions.

Anaheim also recalled defenseman Mat Clark from Norfolk of the American Hockey
League and returned defenseman Shea Theodore to Seattle of the Western Hockey
League in Canadian juniors.

Theodore, 19, was a late first-round pick in the 2013 draft. He did not appear
in an NHL contest, but totaled three goals and two assists in five games with
Norfolk.

In addition, defenseman Francois Beauchemin will not play due to the flu,
while defenseman Cam Fowler was listed as day-to-day with a lower-body injury.
