Gibson and Ducks down Jackets

Anaheim, CA (SportsNetwork.com) – John Gibson stopped 16 shots for his first
win of the season as the Anaheim Ducks topped the Columbus Blue Jackets, 4-1,
on Friday.

Corey Perry, Ryan Getzlaf and Sami Vatanen each had a goal and an assist,
while Devante Smith-Pelly also scored for the Ducks, who have won seven
straight since opening the season with a loss at Pittsburgh.

Scott Hartnell scored the only goal of the game for the Blue Jackets, who were
coming off a win in San Jose on Thursday. Sergei Bobrovsky allowed three goals
on 33 shots.
