Kesler, Ducks stun Kings in OT

Anaheim, CA (SportsNetwork.com) – Ryan Kesler’s goal at the 45-second mark
of overtime lifted Anaheim to a 3-2 victory over Los Angeles at Honda Center.

Kesler was allowed free rein with the puck to circle behind Quick, pull out
into the right circle and score the winner on a wrister inside the far post.

Patrick Maroon and Jakob Silfverberg scored in the third period for the Ducks,
who have won two in a row and six of their last nine and pulled ahead of both
idle St. Louis and Montreal to top the NHL’s point list with 97.

John Gibson finished with 29 saves.

Jeff Carter and Jason Williams tallied for the Kings, who had won three of
four coming in.

Jonathan Quick turned aside 23 shots.
