NHL Pick : Through the Years in Game Two : SJ@ St. Louis

A consistent theme of the freeroll is found in our NHL Pick for the Western Conference Final.  Two franchises that have had success are now finding new found heights.  For San Jose and St. Louis, one of them will reach the Stanley Cup Final.  This gives them a chance for that big payoff at the end to hoist the Stanley Cup.  Good morning APEX Hockey Betting fans.  Today we provide another NHL pick to profit by for Game Two between San Jose and St. Louis starting at 8PM on May 17th.

Through the Years

Yes, man did have fire the last time the St. Louis Blues made the Stanley Cup Final.  How long has the drought been?  1970 was the last time the Blues even got to the final.  Through all these years, hockey and betting on it sure has changed.  The nets are no longer bolted into place which protects the players that crash in them.  We do not have to go all the way down to the bar to place a bet on one Big Game.  Sports investors have a universe of wagering options on all the American Sports these days.  Our friends at High Street Betting have an excellent perspective on how making a buck on betting sports has changed through out the years.  For one of these two teams tonight, they take another step forward to changing their own history by making a Stanley Cup Final.

Tight Game Two?

Another encounter where the total is at five. Game One saw the under and the Blues cash with a 2-1 win.  Now one of the better road teams in the league is again a ML underdog for Game Two.  San Jose is having problems finding the open ice that they flourish in.  St. Louis has had their own struggles as Vladimir Tarasenko is clearly out of sorts.  Their leading scorer in the regular season is starting to wear down in the playoffs.  He has collected 13 points but in his last four games he has only gotten two points.  The Blues were very fortunate to face a worn down Sharks team in Game One.  The visitor has more of their bearings this time for Game Two this evening.

Better team usually dictates the pace and this one will be much more uptempo than the stagnant first game.  Brian Elliot of the Blues faced more shots in Game One than the Sharks netminder but they were not the quality type.  This evening, St. Louis will be tested much more.  SJ realizes going down 2-0 heading back to California gives the Blues a license to steamroll them.  While the game will be up in the air, the total will not.  Look for both teams to convert numerous chances tonight.  The APEX Hockey Betting NHL Free Pick is the Over 5 goals.  Good fortune and we will see you next time here at APEX Hockey.
