Pacific Predictions to Profit By

Profit could be very plentiful for all of us in the Pacific Division.  APEX Hockey Betting has lined up all the favorites and dark horses for the divisions and this one stood out the most.  So let us take look if the Ducks will take flight or another team will wrest the top spot.

Calculating Calgary’s Fortune

Martin Giordano is back at captain and is healthier than he has been for years.  The organization realized this and upped the ante with several offseason acquisitions.  Depth is now present and the Flames should flourish because of it.  Dougie Hamilton should both continue to shine on the defensive front and contribute on the other end.  They are in better position to challenge for the top spot than the Kings or the Sharks.

Weakness of LA and San Jose

  • Coaching change should lead to a restoration of confidence in San Jose.  Joe Thorton will continue to be in limbo on this team.  Former captains usually have hard times in reduced roles of leadership on the team.  Until the franchise does the unthinkable and ships Thorton, they will languish at the mid level of this division.
  • Can the Kings capitalize in a realm they are not familiar with?  The best line or tandem present here is on the defense.  Drew Doughty and Jake Muzzin provide the LA with the best pairing.  The other lines are not as deep as a Calgary.  Until this organization stops walking the razor’s edge with late season pushes in the playoff, they will remain an easy fade for the first two months.

Cementing Ryan Kesler for the long term benefits the stability of the Anaheim Ducks.  The easy favorite in the division, they have excellent value for the futures to not only win the division but advance to the Stanley Cup Finals.  This team lost some expendable pieces in free agency but did better in picking up fast skating Carl Hagelin, gritty Kevin Bieksa on defense, and a host of cheap free agents to round out depth issues.  APEX Hockey Betting can not empathize more that one of the best values in NHL futures lie with the Anaheim Ducks.  Good fortune in this and all of your futures as the season opener will be upon us before we even know it.
