Anaheim, CA (SportsNetwork.com) – Anaheim Ducks forward Corey Perry and
defenseman Francois Beauchemin are out with viral gland infections, the team
announced on Tuesday.
Both Perry and Beauchemin initially suffered from flu-like symptoms and have
begun undergoing various testing. The results are expected by Wednesday,
according to the Orange County Register.
Perry, who is tied for the league lead in goals with 11, was placed on injured
reserve Sunday. Beauchemin has recorded four assists in 15 games.
The Ducks host the Kings Wednesday night, then play in Los Angeles on
Saturday.
