Price, Canadiens blank Jets

Montreal, QC (SportsNetwork.com) – Carey Price made 29 saves for his first
shutout of the season and the Montreal Canadiens snapped the Winnipeg Jets’
eight-game point streak with a 3-0 victory on Tuesday.

Tomas Plekanec, Lars Eller and Alex Galchenyuk lit the lamp for the Canadiens,
who have won three in a row.

Ondrej Pavelec stopped 24-of-26 shots for the Jets, who had gone 6-0-2 since a
regulation loss to Tampa Bay on Oct. 24.
