Buffalo, NY (SportsNetwork.com) – The Buffalo Sabres announced Monday that
defenseman Mike Weber will undergo season-ending surgery for an unspecified
lower-body injury.
According to the Buffalo News, Weber suffered a serious enough injury to
warrant a procedure which will keep him out of the club’s final three games of
the year.
The 27-year-old blueliner ended up with one goal and seven points with a
minus-22 rating over 64 games.
