Tatar lifts Red Wings over Jets

Winnipeg, MB (SportsNetwork.com) – Tomas Tatar scored the winner at 15:10 of
the third period, lifting the Detroit Red Wings to a come-from-behind 4-3
victory over the Winnipeg Jets on Thursday.

Tatar’s second goal of the game came 2:10 after Justin Abdelkader tied the
score at 3-3 for the Red Wings, who have won back-to-back games for the first
time in three weeks.

They were coming off a 5-0 decision over Columbus on Tuesday.

Johan Franzen also scored for Detroit and Petr Mrazek made 28 saves in his
first game of the season.

Dustin Byfuglien, Adam Lowry and Mathieu Perreault scored for the Jets and
Ondrej Pavelec gave up four goals on 27 shots.
