Ottawa, ON (SportsNetwork.com) – Patrick Wiercioch tallied the go-ahead goal
late in the third to lead the Ottawa Senators to a 3-1 victory over the
Detroit Red Wings on Tuesday.
Erik Karlsson finished with a power-play goal and an assist and Clarke
MacArthur scored on an empty net for Ottawa, which snapped a two-game skid.
Craig Anderson turned aside 31 shots in the win.
Henrik Zetterberg provided Detroit’s lone goal and Jimmy Howard stopped 29-of-
31 shots.
